Mr. Russell Ruthen draws on over two decades of experience in product development, marketing and business in biotechnology, healthcare and other industries. Mr. Ruthen joined CST Technologies to strengthen business development, enhance marketing programs and streamline administrative operations. Mr. Ruthen most recently served as managing director of a boutique consulting company that assisted healthcare organizations with marketing, information technology and operational plans. Mr. Ruthen honed his leadership and management skills as a senior product line manager for Cisco Systems for seven years. At Cisco, he led teams that successfully launched and ramped product lines up to $400 million, introducing advanced technologies in routing, web switching and network security for Fortune 500 enterprises and service providers. Mr. Ruthen has held senior marketing positions with Silicon Graphics and LANart Corporation. Mr. Ruthen received an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Physics from Cornell University. Mr. Ruthen is also president and founder of a non-profit public charity whose mission is to reduce the impact of premature birth by advocating for antenatal steroid treatment and related research.
